  When you create an account, we collect your email, name, and profile picture. This data is obtained through Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In.

• Authentication & Local Storage
  When you log in using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In, we store an authentication token in local storage to keep you signed in. This token does not contain your Google or Apple credentials and is used solely for session management. If you sign out or clear your browser storage, the authentication token will be removed.

• Purchase Information
  We use RevenueCat to process in-app purchases (IAPs). While we do not store your payment details, we retain subscription status and validity to provide access to premium features.

• Automatically Collected Information
  When using our app, some log and usage data may be collected automatically, including device information, IP address (processed by Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In), and analytics data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

3. Data Storage & International Transfers

Our servers are based in Europe, but some data may be processed outside the EU:

• Google Sign-In & Apple Sign-In
  Some authentication and security data may be processed on Google’s and Apple’s servers, which may be located outside the EU/UK, including the United States.

• RevenueCat (U.S.)
  Subscription-related information is managed by RevenueCat, which may process data outside the EU.

• Google’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) apply
  These ensure GDPR-compliant data transfers outside the EU/UK.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to improve our app functionality:

• Google Sign-In & Apple Sign-In – For user authentication.
• RevenueCat – For managing in-app purchases (IAPs).
• AdMob (if applicable) – For displaying ads.

Pomotimer is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you are under 16 (or the minimum age required in your country), you may only use Pomotimer with parental consent.
