1. Introduction

• Acceptance: By accessing or using Pomotimer, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use Pomotimer. If you are under 16 and live in a country that requires parental consent for data processing, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Accounts

• Registration: To access certain features, you must create an account using either Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. Existing users who registered before 28 Feb 2025 can continue using email and password login.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) through Google Play or Apple.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law (e.g., EU 14-day right of withdrawal for unused services).

4. Free Trials & Promotions

• Free Trials: If offered, they are subject to these Terms.
• Promotions: Any contests or promotions will have separate rules.

5. Content & Acceptable Use

• Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit but grant us a license to use it within Pomotimer.
• Prohibited Content: You must not upload or share unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Pomotimer and all associated content belong to us.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission.

7. Termination of Service

• By You: You can stop using Pomotimer at any time.
• By Us: We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these Terms.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

• Pomotimer is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of Pomotimer.
• To the extent permitted by law, Pomotimer and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of Pomotimer means you accept the revised Terms.
